Battery replacement 1st Gen

with battery replacement option apple watch (and advencement of battery technologies avery year), possible change ... lets 3 years down road , have replaced battery has longer life time 18 hours ?
 

apple have said battery can changed, them or apple partner, next gen watches, can't see battery being identical advances in batteries more wouldn't fit 1st gen model.

having used apple products many years, more interested in selling latest gen watch replacing battery imho.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
