iPhone 5s boot up lag

does have issue when turning on 5s? after putting in passcode, apps flow in kinda buggy...

also, fixed in 8.2?
 

buggy? mean stuttery or laggy (slowly)?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
