Corrupt Folder Won't Do Anything

hi. had macbook long time ago i'm still not familiar terminal , so.

anyway, recently, there's folder on desktop meant deleted during cleaning-up day. won't move, won't deleted.
when opened info, it's 0 byte. there's file in (not important, though). when opened info on file, size 300kb. still, wouldn't open.
said: application can't found.
can't compressed, or anything. else works fine. annoys me, though, seeing 1 little freaking blue folder.

help, please?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
