Retina blinks/flashes when plugging in external monitor

hi all

bought hdmi vga converter attach 1 of monitors macbook pro (which bought recently, end of 2014 new).

when did, worked changed angle of monitor on screen , monitor went out (no signal) , retina started switch between normal setting , setting when it's connected external monitor. can see trying put angle.

want work, in right angle (never wanted in angle). want reset setting set in before started freak out. can't because can't setting on time. there way? tried reset pram en vram didn't help..

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
