Reinstall Mavericks on a C2D Macbook

i picked 2009 c2d 2.26 ghz macbook , came 10.9 installed, since it's used i'd clean install of mavericks, in case seller left nasty on drive , don't want upgrade yosemite on machine.

understand internet recovery install original os machine came with, upgrade directly yosemite.

there way mavericks installer legitimately without resorting dubious methods.
 

the 2009 macbook not support internet recovery. however, can still reinstall 10.9.5 booting recovery mode (command+r @ boot) , reinstalling 10.9 that. make sure machine connected internet before attempting reinstall os x.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
