Siri no longer talking to me after ios update

i have att iphone 6 plus , siri has been working until recently. after updated latest ios, can no longer hear siri audibly. still functional cannot hear @ all. checked settings , set on , mute switch off should audible right?
else have problem??
 

no problems siri on 5s.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
