Office files not showing default icons

i did clean install on new ssd , moved files on before installing apps. had office files before installed ms office 2011, , after installed office, file thumbnails did not change blank page .docx, .pptx., or .xlsx icon, old .doc files display correct thumbnail. i've attached pic of trying explain.

i've tried changing default app of .docx files text edit , word, doesn't change anything. i've tried saving new blank document see if new files display correct thumbnail, not work either. know can do?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
