display description when mouse goes over button

hello

i'm trying display description when cursor goes on button 1 shows in apple's calculator app, knows how that.

the image appears show tool tip.
can add tool tip view (class inherits nsview) calling -settooltip:. set tool tip directly in xib/nib file.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
