What's eating up my iCloud 200gb

i bought 200gb of storage. i've uploaded 10,000 pics , it's showing i've used on 65gb of storage. on mac these same pics take 10gb of space on hd. don't see duplicates when log on in cloud. going on?
 

photos app?

check settings icloud photos on mac.
did use photos app upload photos?
if did let photos optimize mac photos?
keep lower resolution photos on mac full resolution photos in icloud. sounds maybe issue.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
