Are the Apple Watch apps pre installed? If they are can we remove them?

can please verify if apple watch apps loaded onto phone ios 8.2 (vs having download app store)? , if are, can remove them? haven't had chance download yet. thanks.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
