iPhone Safari hanging whilst loading websites

does happen else? have experienced issue on iphone 4, 5 , 6+ through various versions of ios.

quite webpage stall or hang when blue bar approx 1/7th of way across. leave hour , no further, force-closing app , reopening safari cure issue while.
happens no other browser on same phones, purely safari issue. live can see no way of ever fixing it, unless of course apple cure whatever bug is.
can't see how affecting me has happened on numerous iphones on number of years.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
