x-site authentication pop-ups on macrumors

hi.

last day (or so), every time access page (including landing page) on macrumors.com, authentication required t.skimresources.com

macrumors page source:

...accesses t.skim[...], pops auth req, etc., &c.

current page (basically) locked until activating either cancel or ok.

not going hand-off authentication keys unknown (even if seemingly-reputable) sites unspecified reasons . . . fyi system admin(s).

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
