iPhone Separate camera photos from downloaded images

just switched android , miss gallery app, hate download image on iphone, goes camera roll , downloaded images mixed in camera taken photos.

there automated process or app can me?
 

no, 3rd party web browsers (e.g. icab mobile) have own web storage downloads. can share want app of choosing. e.g., move image camera roll.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
