Best rMBP Docking/ Alternative to Purchasing Desktop?

i have 2013 rmbp. need stationary computer, don't want spend $1500 (my custom build imac priced out) on new desktop.

what's best setup? need 1 screen office work, keyboard, mouse, not many usb ports. thanks!
 

i use $120 dock along 4-port usb hub:

power cable, monitor, speakers, , usb 3.0 hub (with mouse , keyboard) connect dock. 13" rmbp slides , out of dock. takes ~3 seconds dock/undock rmbp. disconnecting power cable dock more time consuming, so, if need charge mac on go (i.e., take power cable you), you'll want buy second power adapter.

new 2015 13" rmbp, can 4k monitor 27" dell p2715q. unfortunately, 2013 15" mbp, has beefier quad-core cpu, not correctly (60hz) support 4k monitors.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
