Preload itunes or apple cards for credits?

i have itunes card love have loaded apple store credit. know can add @ time of purchase last thing want doing @ 9pm on april 9 (preorder time in hi) fumbling multiple payments when servers going busy.

there way preload account has credit?

 

you can't use itunes gift cards on apple store website. app store, ibooks store , itunes store.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
