Force Touch: does it actually click?

with introduction of force touch pad on new 13" rmbp's, click? if not, that's hate touch pads, because if drag finger across intending move cursor, accidentally registers click/tap , drives me nuts. have disabled "tap" functions of touch pads use, mac or pc, , use hard buttons clicking, or multi touch pads, bottom area (it hinges @ top) register hard click.

if new force touch no longer clicks, willing pick old 13" rmbp's if stocks still remaining, continue work multi touch. or has tried force touch can convince me otherwise.

good question. curious well, concerning 13 rmbp.
