Change scroll speed by application

so want thing should simple enough: change scroll speed of scroll wheel on mouse on application basis, can set 1 speed in itunes, in safari, etc.

specifically, i'm trying increase speed in itunes (it painfully slow), while keeping else normal.

know of piece of software or setting allows me this?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
