My Apps Aren't Loading Properly When Uploading Pics Please help

i installed app called dubsmash , i'm not sure clicked when inside app internet hasn't been loading on apps example im trying upload photo on kik messenger , instagram it's not working. lets me load other people's photos cannot upload mine. should do? i'm worried.
 

unless phone jailbroken app can't affect other apps or phones connectivity in general.

have tried restarting phone? trying want on wifi or on cellular data see if it's different?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
