Clamshell mode no longer works after power outage

we had power outage last night , morning cannot display stay on when close lid of 2011 macbook pro. never have had problem in last year of doing this, going on?
 

is charger working?

iirc clamshell needs mains power 1 of criteria...?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
