OSX bloat

hi fellow imac uses. i'm virgin first time apple forum user.
have imac 14.2 mod. running latest os updates.
noticed start hd has bloated less 60gb. (250gb drive)
went searching , found 105gb in the:-
library/server/software update/data/content folder.
question:-
can delete these update files no problems?

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
