10.10 to 10.10 OD binding not working

here setup:
clean install of os srv , os cli

windows ad, dns,dhcp

10.10 v4 server joined ad
od master
static ip
role running od
computer name = host name
1 self signed cert used



10.10 client (not in ad yet)

when attempt join od using diradmin account see following:
invalid credentials supplied
please enter valid credentials allow access directory specified.

when use encrypt using ssl , when uncheck it.
have use authentication checked.
