Force iPhone to log into home network while connected to public hotspot?

so have public wifi hotspot right outside building iphone set auto login to. problem when come home, phone stays connected public wifi instead of switching home network. there way force iphone automatically log home network signal becomes available?

ps. home network name alphabetically listed before public hotspot.
 

i believe there third party apps allow set priority of networks. said, if connected 1 , have decent signal i'm not sure disconnect , connect 1 might of higher priority (as opposed not being connected , looking connection , taking higher priority 1 @ point).

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
