Getting a supported Apple Pay Card

i'm canadian , heading down (buffalo, ny) , have hour or 2 on hands , thinking of heading bank open account or signup prepaid card or something. 1 of reasons :apple: pay , minor (15) wondering options? citizen (born in valhalla, ny) don't have id address.

i'd think you'd need 18 open account.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
