Apple watch functionality (independent for running?) Also - HR monitor accuracy?

does know or want speculate...

apple watch function separately tasks ?
specifically:
hate running iphone 6 plus , great if leave behind, connect blutooth headphones iwatch , start running. when back, have sync health data iphone (i understand no gps or cell service during time). seems unclear whether or not type of task possible iwatch.

also, word on accuracy of heart rate monitor during levels of high activity? purchased basis band when first came out , returned after couple days because failed accurately measure hr when went above 130 or bpm (pointless, right?).
 

firstly there no iwatch, yes, when iphone health data watch when syncs again.

i'm sure heart rate sensor @ least 90% accurate. :)

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
