iPhone not connecting to Exchange over Cellular Data

anyone experiencing problem iphones not connecting exchange email account on verizon network? not able send/receive emails account. have removed , reinstalled account. have reset network settings. hard rebooted. nothing works. way connect turn off cellular data , connect on wifi. started happening couple days ago. there have been no changes aware of. i'm using same phone. company still using same email server. ideas appreciated.
 

does work other emails? i.e. gmail, hotmail, etc

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
