TRYING to Upgrade to Yosemite

i'm trying upgrade 10.7.5 yos.

this apple id has not yet been used app store.
please review account information.

ok,so when review it, wants credit card details.if upgrade free why want that? wont budge unless fill in these details don't feel necessary since free upgrade,anyway around this?

you need have current billing information make purchase in app store. makes no difference "purchase" free download.

enter billing information, or confirm correct.
once have set up, can change "payment method" "none", if prefer that.
bother when need make payment purchase.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
