Battery life 2008 unibody to new MBP.

i have 2008 unibody macbook. 6 years old in may upgrading mbp soon.

i'm worried battery isn't replaceable. current macbook on second battery. first 1 died after year , half , forced replace drain 40% within half hour abruptly turn off.

tried argue apple @ time website stated 300 charge cycles still retain 80% of capacity. when died 250 charge cycles. think should have given me free 1 battery didn't perform sold.
on second battery @ 205 charge cycles, jumps between percentages can have 58% few moments later 61% , lasts couple of hours @ best.

macs worried if new 1 forced replace battery couple of times on lifetime.

thoughts on this?

the new macbook range have 1000 cycle batteries in them. technology has moved on fair bit
