iOS 8.2 and Safari epic bug... Are you kidding me?

since 8.2 update week there horrible bug safari lot of time try load webpage , whole app freezes , have force close it- it's unresponsive. i'm seeing on ipad air , iphone 6 both running 8.2 , exhibiting same behavior on multiple wifi networks.

it's getting frustrating since happens often. else seeing it?
 

have tried turning javascript off , see if safari stabilizes? turn jv on when particular website requires it. when it's off safari tends run more stable , page loads quicker.
