Switching between apps - app has to always rerun

i use lot of switching between apps, not big apps (i guess), browser, reader, dictionary, wikipedia. have rerun time. takes 5 seconds, not 1 might say, is, , annoying.

using ipad air (not 2). guess 2 better. can make fast , better memory management.
throw me technical stuff. system apps, cydia tweaks jailbreak etc.

 

nothing really. hardware limitation.
