first of reason i'm posting here none of fixes windows post helped.
use mac pro, late 2013 6 core, 16 gb.
problem started after windows partition got wrecked. use adobe package work exclusively on os x partition.
however, use windows 8.1 in free time playing games. since not care windows let them rot until refused boot completely.
happened was, got blue screen , when windows started option "repair computer" made mistake shutting mp down power button. after mp refused boot in both windows , os x.
left me 1 choice restating pram. after booted os x, on boot realised boot sluggish. wiped out whole disk , restored tm. point normal os x wise.
next step reinstall windows 8.1, in every try gave me error 0x0000005 @ 0% of installation. , happened every time no matter did. tried version of windows gave me error
saying me not gpd partition format. after fixed error disc utility, same error came (0x0000005) @ 0% of installation again.
thing did not try far use different usb if makes difference.
please guys help, work not suffering, mental health is.

only way wipe out partitions totally drive usually.
windows can 'moved' thunderbolt drive , many prefer doing that, using boot camp assistant again remove (delete) partition windows occupied.
paragon software can install, clone , restore windows not when on mixed boot camp mbr partition. winclone can. longer more tedious.
have os x installer usb? can boot can used means clean install.
disk utility alone not work windows. people use terminal though edit , make partition changes.
once have windows , running, make system restore image or clone drive, 1 devoted 100% windows paragon can , work with, , leave internal ssd os x alone.
