i hate apple won't have watches in stores on "launch day". , worse, don't allow pick "pre-orders" in store! these people new device @ home, no 1 has experience using, without apple support, , expected understand how set , use watch out of box?

okay, if have trouble can drive apple store , sign workshop. ********...

or apple could've allowed instore purchases or in-store pick apple employees can assist set-up , iphone pairing.

thought angela hired improve customer experience, not eliminate it? because feel that's online bs doing. pretty saying "if our new apple watch, online , figure out set alone when comes in mail."

, realize set simple , easy do, apple has positioned product "most personal" device ever. online stuff isn't same customer experience come expect apple.

the thing disappointed not having option pick in store, iphone 6 didn't arrive until 5pm , feels such waste of day home day waiting ups arrive. having option in-store pickup have had apple watch 10am , gone on day.

taking next friday off vacation day because no 1 home sign package, time frame of 4/24-5/8 upsetting if doesn't arrive on 4/24 because have make arrangements future unknown date take day off work.
