Updating public beta to iOS 8.3 GM

i wanted update ota, 2.7 gb free says don't have enough space. itunes says i'm on ios 8.3 , doesn't let me update.

can update through itunes without restoring, or best bet delete half of content ota?
 

i'd make backup, restore in itunes , put backup
