i entered number , says have update version. goes app store. press update. poppup saying itunes tos changed. ok white page. stuck , cant use whatsapp

did long power/home button press , tried. tried adding number without 0 (zero) first number same crap happens.

tos list did come once , agreed got locked on , didnt move on.
 

have tried uninstalling app, rebooting , re installing? may worth shot
