Camera Roll backup & sync

is there app not backup camera roll keep synched? example when delete pic camera roll want change sync backed app automatically. of apps ive seen far backup camera roll not keep synched.
 

honestly, backup , sync 2 different things. backup app don't want sync deletes because won't protect against accidental deletes. app syncs (deletes , all) keeping 2 (or more) devices date.

icloud photo library beta choice syncing... sync deletes , if have multiple ios devices keep them date. can select option keep original copy of each photo on device in cloud, 1 device you'll still have 2 copies of each photo.
