Reinstallation of Mavericks

i have tried reinstalled in recovery mavericks not available in app store. other way reinstall? or can use trumb drive boot install?
please help. thank
 

if have mavericks installer on thumb drive no problem. use re-install it.

iPhone shuts down randomly, rst vdd_under
