Third party notifications - crashing watch?

hi, first post on here, looking help. notifications third party apps aren't coming on watch, whenever 1 triggered, watch resets apple logo. preinstalled apps such messages , mail aren't affected. apps such inbox, instagram , facebook sending me notifications no longer appear on watch face, they'll go notifications slider, if click on them, again watch crash.

did wipe of watch , started afresh - seemed work begin i'm square one.
