Amex passbook - no taptic or sound notification?

i have been using pebble since original kickstarter, , 1 of things liked whenever amex card got charged notification on pebble (with associated vibration) via amex passbook.

since got apple watch, although same amex notifications, don't arrive associated sound or taptic vibration notice when see red notification symbol on watch next time happen @ watch. else finding same , if limitation of passbook-based notification, or amex need code passbook?

of time nice confirmation charge has gone through, nice heads have pre-ordered has been charged , on way. ironically pebble vibrating first alerted me apple watch ship!
 

yep, same experience. had pebble , miss bzzzz amex.
