Concern about depreciation of the Edition

i wondering how gold worth in edition. i'm guessing around $1,000. it's more expensive cast gold watch case steel, assume. , edition @ least $9,000 more steel steel bracelet.

difference in markup between steel , gold similar popular brand rolex, but... if standard discount on rolex, whether steel or gold, in ten years you'd able sell around paid it. if buy gold one, you're not losing ton of money depreciation.

apple watch, because internals become outdated quickly, wonder if edition depreciate somewhere close scrap value of gold? if so, that's huge hit.
 

this doesn't seem problem keeping people on board @ night.
