2015 13" rMBP - i5 vs i7 & 256GB vs 512GB

alright, i'm trying decide on 13" rmbp (2015 model). i've read many articles leading purchase, none have given me real understanding of model should go with.

main reason purchase web development (using simple text editor applications, photoshop once in while) , regular old web browsing, etc. hope hook laptop external monitor (2560x1440 or 4k if possible).

there specs want, others need advice with. specs want 16gb , @ least 256gb.

2 models i'm looking @ can found here:

16gb - 256gb - 2.7 ghz i5

16gb - 256gb - 3.1 ghz i7

since i'm spending $2,000 have no issue spending couple of hundred dollars, don't want spend money on upgrades may never take advantage of.

don't bury me statement, if helps any... i've read(read haven't touched different ones) cpu upgrade not worth unless doing super intensive music/graphic work , debatable if it's performance worth it. :)
