Lost "iTunes Library.xml" file while copying the iTunes folder

hello,

i'm working on mbp of friend , when copied itunes folder system, somehow .xml file of library got lost?

have idea how file back? or right ?

file contained playlist info , .itl file doesn't work anymore ...

hello,

strange indeed : when copy itunes folder, both .xml , .itl files copied, of course.

anyway, if .xml missing (*), , .itl not work anymore (did double-click on ?), no longer have valid itunes library.

chance have "previous itunes libraries" in itunes folder ?
if yes can use .itl files holds re-create library.

(*) spotlight search "itunes library.xml"
