MB Pro 2013 Battery Issues

hi,

have late 2013 macbook pro , battery isn't working. laptop fine when plugged in it's unplugged dies. magsafe has green light. coconut battery says has 100% charge, 210 cycles , normal battery health. battery issue or more serious logic board?

i've done apple hardware test , passed. reset smc , still no luck.
