rMBP Graphics repair turnaround time

hey guys, have late 2012 rmbp graphics issue causes screen break up, lines through screen, etc. i've lived since after bought because don't live close apple store. applecare runs out summer, need fixed or i'm going stuck it.

had repair done? have send out or can in store? primary computer , use business can't afford without 1 night. know apple doesn't loaners, wanted know how long should expect without when repair done on computer that's never functioned since bought it.
 

the late 2012 rmbp 13". 15" described mid 2012.

have? if it's 15", you're covered under apple's extended repair programme until @ least feb 27 2016.

turnaround time, that's hard say.
had 2011 15" repaired in-house @ authorized service provider in 1 day.
