Upgrade Mac Pro 1,1 logic board to 3,1

is possible fit mp 3,1 logic board 1,1 chassis , use ram , cpus of mp 1,1?

want upgrade logic board in mp 1,1 mp 3,1, keep other parts same old ones make true 64bit.

why? because cost less $200 go little , use otherwise perfect machine little longer.

(i don't mind alter case little bit if has to.)

has ever done it?
 

as far know, you'll have problems fitting mp 3.1 memory cage (standoffs problem), , power supplies different, excact 1 of p1-4 connectors not same , differ in length.
