No aux input on car stereo

apologies front - i'm more bit technically challenged.

anyway, i've been searching around here cheapskate version playing music (via iphone) on car stereo not have bluetooth nor auxiliary input/port. there way without buying new car stereo?

have tried using 1 of fm transmitters since travel alot have change radio station every 5 or 10 minutes.
 

i think griffin showcased @ ces 2015 people without bluetooth or aux not sure if fancy radio transmitter. didn't release lot of details.
