Quit/Close apps on Apple watch?

anyone know if it's possible quit apps on watch aren't running in background able on ipad/iphone?
 

i figured out few days ago..

1) go app want quit.

2) hold down side button (friends) until power options come up

3) hold down side button again until app closes.
