firs , foremost have been mac user @ least 10+ years , can't remember last time used pc outside of school/work in time (very light work if any).

considering buying computer daughter want keep in $700-$800 range staring elementary , want basic descent wife can use well. own 27" imac i7 3.4ghz use work (video editing , graphics, etc.) upgrading myself new retina later year, question this.


in $700-800 range think can buy better pc (all in one) vs mac has offer, yes or no , if recommended me buy child , light use adult.

order b&h, mac mall , others avoid sales tax.
mini may easier support.
