Do the 38mm and 42mm have the same battery life?

what's internally different these 2 watches? 1 have more battery / processor speed other?
 

the difference between 38mm , 42mm bigger screen on 42mm , larger battery capacity on 42mm. 38mm has 200mah battery capacity. 42mm around 250mah or possibly 300mah. else same.
