Resolved How to make QT not the default program for videos?

got yosemite.
in past right-click on file, click open with, select program, click on check-mark, , format opened in future, automatically.
not no more. apple won't happy being second richest corporation in world, no matter how many times this, still opens videos stupid quicktime, tell minute later can't open video. , guess what, can't delete program!
not 1984 @ all.
