Return policy exception


hey all,

purchased new macbook pro 13 2.9 ghz, 8gb ram/512gb hard on march 12th, 2015. i'm beyond 14 day return policy think got lemon. i've had issues down arrow key being non responsive trackpad stop working.

i'd swap unit out similar unit 16gb ram , pay $200. use laptop work can't go without laptop while unit being repaired? odds or getting done , how should approach local store? looks don't stock 16gb models.

can't hurt try , ask. upgrading sku might case, having actual issues might direct genius bar.
