can 2014 mac mini support 3440x1440 @ 60 mhz. read on apples website mentions resolution @ 30 mhz. if not 2015 13 inch retina macbook pro support it.
 

it wouldn't support 30 mhz.

rather, support 30 hz. because of haswell-u's limitation. fair bit of tweaking, max you'd 52 hz.
